Elizabeth Ito is the creator of City of Ghosts, as well as "Welcome to My Life". She has also found work on other animated shows such as Phineas and Ferb and Adventure Time, having experience as both a storyboard artist and a supervising director. She was born on June 23, 1979, and grew up in Los Angeles (which is most likely why this show is set there).
